Prior to forming his own firm in 2025, Dan spent nearly two decades—including more than 10 years as a partner—at some of the largest and most well-regarded law firms in the world.  Dan has advised Fortune 100 companies, hedge funds, C-suite executives, and multi-billionaires in their most high-stakes and sensitive employment law and litigation matters, winning significant victories and collecting millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.  In 2025, Dan formed his own firm with the mission of offering clients an extraordinary level of service and quality representation at an accessible price.
