  • Contract Drafting & Negotiation

    We have particular expertise in drafting and negotiating employment agreements of all types, including offer letters, executive employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, separation agreements, independent contractor agreements, and incentive compensation plans and agreements.

  • Investigations, Trainings & Due Diligence

    We have led significant internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and misappropriation of funds.  In addition, we have provided trainings to employees and management on topics including harassment prevention, leaves of absence, accommodations, and attorney-client privilege.  We also have extensive experience conducting due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
